Abstract Submission Presentation Guidelines

Guidelines for poster and oral presentations

• All presenters have been emailed a link to upload their presentations.

• Presenters must register to access the conference platform.

• The conference will be delivered over a professional platform, Pheedloop, and will be managed by a highly competent and very experienced technical team. The conference platform is rich with networking features such as text-based chat, video based chat, and group chat. The duration of the pre-recorded presentations must be strictly respected.

Poster presentations

• All poster presentations have to be pre-recorded video presentations and must be no longer than 5 minutes. Slides-type presentation. It is not required that you prepare a traditional poster.
• Poster presentations will be available on demand with a designated question period in livestream for each session.

Oral presentations

• All oral presentations have to be pre-recorded, (except keynotes).
• The time allocated to each contributed talk is 15 minutes (12 minutes pre-recorded presentation + 3 minutes for questions), unless otherwise noted. Slides-type presentation.
• The question period will take place in livestream immediately following each pre-recorded presentation.

Important details

The deadline to upload your presentation is May 25, 2021. All presenters have been sent the link by email. If you can't make this deadline, please contact us.
• You are free to choose the style of presentation you want, you can decide to record only your slides, yourself or both.
• Presentations must be submitted in .mp4 format and no larger than 1GB. Zoom saves pre-recorded presentations using .mp4 format and PowerPoint has the option to save as .mp4.
• The following formats are NOT accepted: .wmv, .mov, .ppsx, .pptx, .ppt, .pps.
• Use a minimum of font size 24 when preparing your power point. Your presentation format should be 16 x 9, and resolution 1080p x 1920p.
